This weekend provided unfortunate results for our junior teams.
The U12 mixed team took the trip to Milton Keynes on Saturday to face a strong MK Breakers team. The group came away taking a loss, closing the game 101-61.
The U14 boys battled it out against London Thunder on the road in a tense match up leaving the boys to fall short in a 4 point loss (73-69). Harry Gladstone led the scoring contributions with 24 followed by Gaël Jacobs Da Silva with 16. Khamanai Fox De Silva also added 11 points for the boys.
The U16 boys grabbed a home win, 90-77, over Brentwood on Saturday. Jaz Mussington scored a big 24 points supported by Okeri Hambira with 18. The result now takes the team to 5th standing in the Eastern premier league.
The U16 girls suffered an unfortunate 78-26 loss to Barking RDF Eagles on Sunday morning which now takes the team to 6-5 in league games.
